What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, acting as a liaison with counter sales and providing assistance with product selection, order picking, and customer service. Accurately pick, organize, and stage products for transfers, work orders, and deliveries, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and discrepancies are promptly reported to the Department Manager. Maintain product integrity through proper handling, storage, and palletizing techniques to ensure safety and quality. Perform general housekeeping duties to uphold warehouse and yard standards, including sweeping, organizing, and consolidating products as needed. Conduct and document forklift pre‑trip inspections to ensure operational safety and compliance.
