Caregiver Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist a pleasant senior couple in Plano, TX (75075).

Both clients are living with dementia but remain independently functioning and active in their daily lives. They may occasionally become confused; however, they are consistently oriented to self, place, and time. We are looking for a caregiver who can provide support, structure, and encouragement while promoting independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Medication reminders
• Transportation to doctor's appointments
• Transportation to social activities and outings with friends
• Daily meal and food preparation
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Promoting a safe, healthy, and organized home environment
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Communicating changes, concerns, or observations to the care team

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred
• Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to encourage independence while providing appropriate support

Schedule:

• Sunday – Wednesday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:

• $19.00 per hour
