Compensation:
• +$2.00/hr Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

Position Summary:
As a CNC Machinist, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You'll follow production schedules, perform inspections, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workplace. Open to candidates from entry-level trainees to seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Adjust tools and offsets to maintain precision and accuracy
• Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with Quality and Production teams
• Complete required documentation for production and inspections

What You Bring:
• CNC machining experience, including independent setups and offsets
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T understanding, and measurement skills
• Ability to run production independently and assist others when needed

Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical/vocational training or machining certifications preferred
