Position Overview: The Accounting and Operations Manager will oversee payables and receivables using QuickBooks Desktop, manage sales tax compliance, handle HR functions, and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting practices.
• Manage sales tax calculations and filings for multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration.
• Supervise and support a small team of two employees.
• Implement organizational systems for efficient workflow and task prioritization.

Qualifications:
