Restaurant Managers for SMASHBURGER
Smashburger is one of the country's fastest-growing, FAST casual, "better burger" restaurants. It is an ENERGETIC, modern and upbeat concept that offers HANDCRAFTED gourmet burgers that use FRESH, never frozen 100% certified beef, made to order CRISP entree' salads, chicken sandwiches, as well as a variety of MOUTHWATERING sides and decadent Haagen Dazs handspun MILKSHAKES.
We are currently searching for ENTHUSIASTIC, energetic people to join our TEAM. If you have a great SMILE, a positive attitude and a PASSION for teamwork, then we want YOU. We offer competitive wages, as well as, a strong COMMITMENT to promote from within.
We are looking for EXCEPTIONAL people who inspire and lead by example. You must have high operational STANDARDS and the ability to teach others on these standards. You must be able to think on your feet in a high volume situation and have PRIDE in what you do.

Job Requirements:
- Some experience in a Restaurant Environment
- Have a "CAN DO" attitude
- Hospitality-Orientated and Passionate about PEOPLE
- Ability to Lead, COACH and counsel others
- Execute company standards and CULTURE
