Creative Producer

About the role We run paid user-acquisition campaigns for a consumer AI app, primarily on Instagram/Meta, TikTok, and X (Twitter). You’ll own creative production end to end: fully AI-generated, UGC-style video ads built with your own AI stack plus After Effects, working directly with our performance-marketing lead. This is a high-volume production role. Once ramped up, the pace is 2+ new concepts per day, 5+ variations per concept, and 100+ finished creatives per week — sustainable only with an AI-first pipeline, which we expect you to build and keep improving. Remote; Europe-friendly time zones. Language for creatives: English. Full-time contract engagement; initial ~3 months with extension based on results; start ASAP. Include your expected monthly rate in your application. Responsibilities Produce creatives for paid social channels (Instagram/Meta, TikTok, X): motion, statics, UGC edits, hooks and test variations. Work from written briefs and deliver on format and on deadline. Propose your own concepts, hooks and references, and take part in creative brainstorms. Build creatives with AI tools: generated video and images, voice, avatars, lipsync, upscaling, inpainting, combined with After Effects work. Iterate based on ad performance: produce new variations of winning creatives and drop the ones that don’t work. Hit the volume targets above without letting quality slip. Requirements 3+ years in motion design, with strong After Effects skills: animation, timing, easing, transitions, kinetic typography, compositing. A showreel or portfolio that demonstrates this level of motion work. Photoreal AI people: the creators you generate must be indistinguishable from a real person filming on a phone — no “plasticine doll” look. Experience producing marketing creatives, preferably in a company with significant paid media budgets. You should understand how an ad creative works: the first two seconds, what affects CTR and retention, how creative testing is run. Deep, current knowledge of AI tools for image and video generation, voice, avatars and upscaling. You should have your own working stack and be able to produce high-quality material without a shoot. Ability to work to a detailed brief, understand the task quickly and ask the right questions early. Strong fundamentals: composition, editing, rhythm, sound, colour. Ability to keep quality consistent at the volumes above. Nice to have Premiere or DaVinci, Figma, Photoshop, Blender or Cinema 4D. Sound design; copywriting for hooks and captions.
