Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients in an acute care setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, perform continuous telemetry monitoring, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Float to comparable Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed based on patient care and staffing requirements.
• Work rotating day/night 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with scheduling needs.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications and demonstrate competency through required clinical assessments and medication safety evaluations.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care while promoting quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
