Radar Systems Engineer

All qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hours or less. This effort is on-site in Tewksbury, MA.

Employment type: Full Time W-2 or Contract. Rate: open to negotiation. Benefits: including health, dental vision, PTO, holiday, 401K, etc.

Looking for a senior systems engineer for supporting the development and supporting the life-cycle of radar systems.

• Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.

• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.

• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.

• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.

• Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.

• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.

Bachelor’s in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). 8+ years’ experience.

Pluses:

• Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.

• Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB.

• Experience in developing and managing requirements.

• Experience with C++, Python, or similar.

• Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports.

• Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification.

• Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
