Sales Associate / Project Coordinator

Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales and research. Venteon is currently seeking an up and coming sales analyst to fill an opening with a real estate company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have a strong drive and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
Experience cold calling/emailing prospects
Strong communication and organization skills
Experience leveraging databases and online tools to conduct market research
Project management experience

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing real estate projects from prospecting, to acquisition and beyond
Leverage databases to pull data and create market research reports for internal and external stakeholders
Draft and send letters, emails and cold calls to potential partners
Work with internal project teams, property owners and tenants to keep projects running smoothly
Other tasks as necessary
