About the Role:

Royal Divine Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker (DCW) to join our growing team in Canton, MI. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to individual care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Monitor and document client health, behavior, and daily activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Direct Care Worker, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and document accurately
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
