RV Sales Associate

Position Overview Camping World is seeking a high‑energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money. Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year‑end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify. We invest in your success from day one. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat‑rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission‑based plan. The actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles. Key Responsibilities Take the lead to promote a top‑notch, high‑quality customer experience selling new and used RVs. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations. Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team. Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high‑integrity approach with each customer. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate. Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required). Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information. Valid driver’s license. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices. Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Compensation & Benefits The estimated total annual compensation range is $50,000 – $150,000.
