Join a dynamic graphics and signage printing company as a seamstress, where you will sew fabric pieces for signs and promotional items. We are seeking individuals with prior sewing or seamstress experience, whether in a production environment or otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Sew fabric pieces to create signs and promotional items.
• Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently.
• Ensure quality and precision in sewing tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines.
• Experience in upholstery and production sewing.
• Ability to sew with precision and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous sewing experience is required, but training is provided.
• Experience can be from clothing or non-production environments.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller, close-knit team of 25 employees. The first shift operates from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with opportunities for overtime before and after shifts. The dress code is casual, with closed-toed shoes required and flexibility to wear sweatshirts in winter and shorts in summer. Our team includes bilingual staff, welcoming Spanish-speaking candidates.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
