Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager

UNC Health

UNC Health in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to oversee the planning, organization, and supervision of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across UNC Health Care System facilities.

The role leads in-house and vendor teams, manages budgets, prioritizes preventive maintenance, ensures regulatory compliance, and reports on maintenance activities to leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in facility operations with supervisory experience are required.
