Main Responsibilities: Keep building in a clean condition Perform all heavy-duty cleaning tasks Engage in repair activities as needed Conduct minor maintenance activities Key Duties: Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping) Gathering and emptying indoor trash Cleaning, servicing, and resupplying restrooms Engaging in building security and safety activities Informing managers about required repairs and maintenance Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning supplies Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to respond and act quickly This role requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and walking long distances throughout the day.
