The Systems Support Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing tasks that support the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at FAU. Serves as the primary owner of OLLI's information systems, with direct responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the registration system, associated CMS-managed website, and related data processes. Maintains proficiency with existing and emerging technology solutions related to information systems, CRM, and CMS platforms.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and manage OLLI information systems and technology operations, ensuring systems effectively support registration, membership, communications, and program delivery across OLLI and university partners.
Administer and optimize the CampusCE registration platform (CMS/CRM), including configuration, instance setup, eCommerce integration, testing, and enhancements; ensure data integrity, system performance, and a high-quality user experience.
Manage OLLI's CMS-driven website and registration content, creating and maintaining course listings, program pages, and updates to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with institutional standards.
Develop and manage communication data, distribution lists, generating and maintaining segmented mailing and email lists to support outreach and customer communications.
Produce and analyze monthly reports/dashboards, including registrations, membership, revenue, and instructor activity, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with CampusCE vendors and internal technical teams, supporting system updates, database management, reporting tools, and application needs.
Provide training and technical guidance to university partners, including system configuration, customization, and development of training materials.
Assess and respond to stakeholder needs, troubleshooting registration issues, resolving user access challenges, and supporting program requirements.
Document processes and maintain operational quality, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
Maintain system access and connectivity, ensuring reliable availability of networks and business-critical systems.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.
Knowledge of business intelligence software tools and statistical software packages required.
IT Operations experience required.
Communication and Problem-Solving skills required.
Thorough understanding of database design and database management systems and Data Analysis required.
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps suite knowledge required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and two years of experience preferred.
Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
