Now Hiring: HVAC Technician – Dallas, TX 75240

Pay: $22-$23/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday

Opportunity: Temporary Assignment

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to support an apartment community in Dallas, TX 75240 . This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in providing quality HVAC repairs and exceptional service to residents.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Document completed repairs and communicate with onsite management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

• EPA Certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance and HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage work orders efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
