Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including general dentistry procedures such as dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct advanced procedures such as dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry as needed.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering trust and client communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort.
Skills & Clinical Experience
- General dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning
- Molar Endodontics / Root Canal Therapy
- Dental implant placement and restoration
- Surgical and complex extractions
- Third-molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
- Alveolar bone preservation / socket grafting
- Oral surgery and minor surgical procedures
- IV sedation — certification/experience strongly preferred
- Diagnosis and management of dental emergencies
- Digital dentistry and intraoral scanning
- Strong patient communication and treatment presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, growing practice
- Team-oriented with excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
