Pay: $28–$50/hr (based on experience and skill level)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturdays by appointment
We are looking for experienced technicians who are confident in diagnostics, take pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently while contributing to a strong team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics on diesel engines and electrical systems
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM), DOT, and BIT inspections
- Repair and service heavy-duty trucks and fleet equipment
- Diagnose and repair aftertreatment systems (DPF, SCR, DEF systems)
- Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, and steering systems
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting using diagnostic software
- Perform mobile and roadside repairs when required
- Accurately document all repairs and service reports
- Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
Technician Requirements:
- Advanced Diesel Technician (Level 2):
- Strong experience with PM services across multiple truck makes/models
- Brake system service (air and hydraulic systems)
- Basic to intermediate electrical diagnostics
- HVAC system diagnosis and repair experience
- Familiarity with diesel aftertreatment systems (DPF/DEF/SCR)
- Ability to use diagnostic tools (scanner, multimeter, etc.)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to repair accuracy and documentation
- Expert Diesel Technician (Senior / Level 1):
- Advanced diagnostics (Cummins Insite, JPRO, IDSS, or similar tools)
- Electrical troubleshooting using wiring diagrams
- Major mechanical repairs (engine, transmission, steering systems)
- Strong expertise in aftertreatment system diagnostics and repair
- Ability to mentor, inspect, and guide other technicians
- Strong mobile/roadside repair experience required
- Leadership mindset with high-quality repair standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDL Class A (preferred, not required)
- OEM or factory training
- Clean Truck Check certification
- Experience with multiple truck brands (Peterbilt, Freightliner, Isuzu, Ford, etc.)
- Welding, hydraulics, and liftgate repair experience
