Target Salary: $150,000+ depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide executive leadership for a multi-service nonprofit by setting strategy, leading senior leaders, and ensuring organizational success.
• Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors, major donors, community leaders, and other key stakeholders to support the organization's mission.
• Represent the organization throughout the community while helping grow financial support through fundraising and donor engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Executive leadership experience as an Executive Director, CEO, President, COO, or other senior executive, along with nonprofit leadership experience.
• Proven success working with Boards of Directors, leading senior leadership teams, and building relationships with donors and community partners.
• Active, practicing Catholic. This faith requirement applies to this executive leadership position due to the nature of the organization's mission and leadership responsibilities.
