About the Role:

Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a dependable and adaptable Flex Officer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

• Fill in at various client sites across the Charlotte area as needed, covering open shifts and absences
• Conduct regular patrols, access control, and surveillance to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely manner
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily activity logs
• Enforce client-specific post orders and security protocols at each assigned location
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, visible security presence
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and site management when required

Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration or ability to obtain one
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites in the Charlotte area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
