What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Train under an experienced General Manager and learn Apex's operating playbook
\n
• Take ownership of a department and lead day-to-day operations
\n
• Develop and execute strategies to drive key performance metrics
\n
• Deliver a gold standard of service through coaching, training, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
\n
• Build a high-performance culture that fosters engagement, retention, and team development
\n
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and employee development initiatives
\n
• Manage financial activities including budgeting and forecasting, with accountability for P&L performance
\n
• Serve as a visible, hands-on leader with daily in-person presence
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
\n
• Prepare to transition into a General Manager role within an Apex partner brand
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 5+ years of leadership experience
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
\n
• Direct P&L ownership preferred or strong operational leadership experience
\n
• Playbook-driven leadership style with a bias for action
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
\n
• High energy, adaptability, and a proven ability to deliver results
\n
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Deep respect for the skilled trades or similar people-focused industries
\n
• Commitment to team development, accountability, and continuous improvement
\n
