BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Community Recovery Center in New Port Richey ! Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Community Recovery Center in New Port Richey Location: New Port Richey, FL Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 am-5:00pm On Call: No The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for: Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient. Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation. Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources. Performing other duties as assigned. This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.
