Chief/Senior Cost Estimator
We are searching for an experienced Chief/Senior Cost Estimator to join the team of a well-respected, well-established Plumbing, HVAC & Specialty GC's with work throughout the 5 boroughs. Candidates must have:
- Substantial and documented experience in all phases of estimating for plumbing, HVAC & other specialties for such projects as:
- High Rise
- Waste water treatment plants
- Educational facilities
- Transportation facilities
- Infrastructure projects
- Prior experience in preparing value engineered alternate estimates outlining options for cost reductions
- Prior experience in preparing conceptual estimates in pre-construction services
- Prior experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive bid proposals
- Ability to provide accurate estimates by defining scope, timelines, potential setbacks and limitation
Candidates should be proficient in Timberline/Sage, On Screen Take Off, Planswift and other industry specific current softwares Strong compensation and benefits package Salary commensurate with experience
