Trillium Construction is hiring Concrete Laborers for a 3-month prevailing wage project in Oakland, CA. The project will take place inside a 9-story parking garage, where you will be responsible for waterproofing the concrete with epoxy/coating. Start Date: 8/26/26 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: $82.44/hr – Prevailing Wage Duration: Approximately 3 months Location: Oakland, CA Experience with coatings/waterproofing Safety conscious Reliable transportation Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
