Excelsior Care Group is seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our fast‑paced team in Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you’ll work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to identify, attract, and place top healthcare talent across the East Coast. You’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare facilities by connecting qualified professionals with meaningful career opportunities while helping maintain exceptional standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and screen healthcare professionals for open positions. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking. Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, facility leaders, and hiring managers. Match candidates with opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and career goals. Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems and databases. Meet recruitment goals and performance metrics in a high‑energy environment. Collaborate with team members to support company growth and staffing initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required. Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Highly organized with excellent time‑management abilities. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and proactive mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
