Urbana Bakes and Gelato in Laredo, TX is looking for bakers to join our strong team. We are located on 5114 Mc Pherson Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable and great at problem solving.

Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
