About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to empower young people as active citizens. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to scale the impact of community-based civic education, research, and coalition building. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in project management, particularly in a multi-site or matrixed nonprofit environment. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for fostering a culture of belonging, transparency, and excellence, and will oversee internal communication, leadership development, and the execution of annual goals. A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as a passion for the company's mission, is essential. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have at least 7 years' of experience in a leadership and project management role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
