Event Assistant - Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team and support the successful execution of events. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in events, promotions, hospitality, customer service, and brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist with event planning and logistics. Prepare event materials, supplies, equipment, and promotional items. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners as needed. Assist with event setup and breakdown, including organizing event spaces and equipment. Provide on-site event support and help resolve issues during events. Interact professionally with clients, guests, vendors, and team members. Help ensure events are organized, professional, and completed according to schedule. Support promotional activities and customer engagement during events. Assist with additional event and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required. Previous event experience is helpful but not required.
