Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year + performance-based bonus

About the Role

Max Capital is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst to support financial operations across multiple entities. This role focuses on tracking financial activity, maintaining accuracy, and supporting forecasting and long-term planning.

This is an active, analytical role for someone who can think critically and contribute to financial decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Track incoming and outgoing funds across multiple entities.

Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Assist with financial modeling and projections.

Ensure accuracy and accountability in financial processes.

Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.

What We’re Looking For

Experience or education in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience with financial reporting or analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
