Market Director of OperationsCoverage Area: S Alabama (Montgomery, Mobile, Grand Bay) and Georgia (Jackson, Albany, Tifton and Bremen)Job SummaryThe Market Director is a key operational leader responsible for the performance of a geographic network of BHG treatment centers. This role directly leads and develops Program Directors and, through those leaders, is accountable for the operational, clinical, financial, and team performance of each treatment center within the market.This is an opportunity for an experienced multi-site healthcare leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance, solving complex operational challenges, and expanding access to high-quality patient care.The Market Director is accountable for building a high-performing market that delivers exceptional patient care, operational excellence, strong leadership, and sustainable growth.
