Job Full Description The Dispatcher supports daily merchandise and appliance deliveries by coordinating independent contractor carriers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in a fast-paced call center environment.

- Hourly rate: $17 per hour , depending on experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily delivery activities.
- Communicate operational issues and customer escalations promptly and drive timely resolutions.
- Answer a high volume of calls, screen inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Deliver strong customer service while managing dispatch and routing functions.
- Monitor delivery routes and maintain communication with delivery teams throughout the day.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records through detailed data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support overall operational success.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent data entry accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, customer-focused, and strong in time management.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Standard schedule: 5 days a week, off 1 weekday and 1 weekend day 10am-6:30/7:00pm
- Flexibility required at times based on business needs
- Fully in-office position (no remote or hybrid options)
