Senior Fullstack Engineer, Agentic Experience

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern platforms that run AI agents and integrate them with CreatorIQ through APIs, data connectors, and custom MCP servers
• Design and maintain safety and governance guardrails for secure, reliable, and compliant enterprise agent use
• Build systems and interfaces for users to discover, evaluate, and select AI agents for business workflows
• Develop scalable frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript and backend services with Node.js and Python
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions, feedback sessions, and real-user monitoring reviews to demonstrate solutions and gather implementation feedback
• Advise on AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure and database strategies for the long-term roadmap

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack application and distributed-systems development
• At least 2 years designing or deploying AI-powered applications
• Practical experience building and deploying intelligent AI agents at scale and in production
• Experience deploying MCP servers as enablement layers for production AI agents
• Experience with one or more agent frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or the OpenAI Agents SDK
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python for reliable APIs and data connector integrations
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript for AI-agent user interfaces
• Solid cloud infrastructure knowledge and proficiency managing agent environments
• Experience implementing safety, governance, security, reliability, and compliance guardrails for enterprise AI systems
