D. STRONG MANUAL EXP AND SOME EXPOSURE TO AUTOMATION TESTING (THE GROUP USES SOMETHING CALLED EXCEL Q FOR AUTOMATION WHICH IS REALLY EASY TO USE BUT THEY DON’T USE A LOT OF IT YET SO THEY JUST WANT SOMEONE WITH THE APTITUDE TO LEARN IT)
