Digital Marketing Trainer And Support Specialist
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer and Support Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will serve as an expert in training marketing teams across different regions on how to self-service their own pages on client website.
Your primary responsibility will be to train teams on editing and updating digital destinations, providing troubleshooting assistance, and acting as a liaison between marketing and technology teams.
Additionally, you will assist with bug fixes, system implementation, SEO implementations, and web performance optimization. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the success of our digital strategy and the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Train marketing teams on self-servicing their digital destinations on client website
- Provide troubleshooting support and guidance to teams encountering issues
- Act as a liaison between marketing and technology teams, facilitating bug fixes and system implementation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO implementations and enhance web performance
- Ensure design consistency and quality by leveraging your eye for design
- Work closely with engineers without being a developer, understanding technology systems and CMS platforms
- Create training materials, videos, and screen shares to effectively teach marketing teams
- Collaborate with UX team to implement designs and templates into the system
- Use project management tools such as Jira or Asana to handle inbound requests
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or web development
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), experience with Drupal is a huge plus
- Familiarity and comfort with software like Adobe Photoshop for design purposes
- Excellent training and teaching skills to effectively convey information and concepts
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
- Familiarity with HTML for formatting purposes (nice to have)
- Interest in financial services and technology industry (nice to have)
- Ability to work in a globally distributed team, comfortable with remote work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in project management tools or platforms such as Jira or Asana (nice to have)
