Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Handle all customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service representatives. Appointment setter Advising customers regarding insurance QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience working in the Insurance field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability Compensation: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year We're Hiring!
