Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Location: White Bear Lake, MN Job Id: 498 # of Openings: 1 White Bear Lake, MN | Full-Time, 8:00 AM start, M-F Aetna Building Solutions is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in White Bear Lake, MN. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and handling materials while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. What You’ll Do Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Load and unload materials from trucks and rail shipments. Use handheld scanners to receive, store, and pick inventory. Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse. Sort, stack, and safely store materials in designated areas. Break down freight and re-band pallets as needed. Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections. Assist will-call customers and safely load materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety. Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of warehouse experience 1+ years of Forklift experience (certification is a plus) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and varying weather conditions Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift Periods of sitting while operating warehouse equipment Ability to lift, push, and move 75 lbs.
