Exciting Opportunity for an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Our organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice in Mason City, Iowa .

• Facility Features: Newly renovated clinic located on the main campus, conveniently close to Labor & Delivery, Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize 2 Da Vinci XI robots with dedicated OR block time.
• NICU Services: Level II NICU available 24/7, staffed by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with an on-site blood bank.
• Teaching Opportunities: Engage with Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students in a supportive learning environment.
• In-House Specialists: Access to various specialists for collaboration in patient care, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, and more.
• Community Connection: Strong partnership with MercyOne Des Moines Perinatology for high-risk obstetric management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with certification required within 3 years of eligibility.

Recruitment Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

• Income Guarantee: $400,000 per year for 2 years, plus productivity incentives.
• Bonus Package: $250,000 available.
• Sign-On Bonus: $120,000 offered.
• Relocation Assistance: Moving allowance up to $15,000.
• PTO: 34 days of paid time off when on base; 40 days when on production.
• CME Allowance: $6,000 annually.
