Your experience includes: • Must be eligible for NMLS Registration. • At least three years of experience in a financial institution with a strong focus on customer service. • A high school diploma or GED is required; some college or secondary education is preferred. • Previous experience in sales or mortgage lending is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills and the ability to work in a diverse community. • Passion for providing outstanding service and a positive attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. • Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution. • Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed. • Effective time management and flexibility to work department hours.

What you will do: As the Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant, you'll support our Mortgage Loan Originators by guiding members through the mortgage process and keeping loan files organized and compliant. You'll handle inquiries, assist with applications, and follow up with prospective borrowers to keep things moving smoothly. You'll also coordinate with internal teams and members to resolve issues, schedule consultations, and ensure a seamless experience from lead to closing. Your role will be key in maintaining accurate records, delivering exceptional service, and helping members achieve their homeownership goals.
