Job Overview

Fully Remote Speech Language Pathologist position for a Maryland school system.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $38.00/hr – $59.00/hr.

Weekly pay cycle.

W-2 employment with optional medical, dental, and vision coverage. Eligible for a 401(k) after 90 days. (Only W-2, not 1099.)

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 33.75 hours per week (6.75 hours per day). Guaranteed hours; schedule is not dependent on student attendance. Full‑time commitment required.

Interview Process

One 30‑minute virtual Microsoft Teams interview. Offer within 24 hours.

Requirements

Master’s Degree
Maryland Speech Language Pathology license, active or willing to obtain before starting

Additional Notes

A Maryland license is not required at interview but must be obtained before starting if offered.

Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing by 2x.
