Start Date Position available on or after August 24, 2026 and ending on or before May 31, 2027. Job Description/Duties Demonstrates basic clerical duties, including data entry, sorting and research. Assist staff with various projects including social media content, digital Alumni Association cards, file maintenance, document preparation and scheduling. Maintain professional correspondence with university constituents. Assist with special events including on site assistance at selected events as necessary; greeting, recording RSVP’s, event set up, etc. Attend alumni department monthly meetings. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrates excellent communication, troubleshooting and research skills. Demonstrates the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Demonstrates the ability to take on project responsibilities independently, with general supervision. Demonstrated beginner to intermediate graphic design skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units. Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying. Salary Range $16.90 per hour.
