Join Our Team as an Otolaryngologist

We are looking for a third Otolaryngologist to become part of our team at our Bloomington, IL location. Our organization is a physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty group that values autonomy, leadership, and teamwork. We invite candidates who are eager to play a significant role in shaping the future of our group.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Establish Rapport with patients facing complex health issues

  • Committed to fostering departmental harmony
Position Details
  • Schedule: Outpatient only, Monday to Friday
  • Patient Demographics: 70% Adults, 30% Pediatrics
  • Call Coverage: Physicians manage their own patient calls
  • EMR System: EPIC
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Income Guarantee: $527,000 - $650,000 for the first two years, with additional productivity and ancillary incentives
  • Partnership Track: 24-month pathway to partnership
  • Sign-on Bonus: $100,000
  • Relocation Assistance
  • Vacation: 4 weeks per year
  • CME: 1 week per year
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes 401(k), profit sharing, and tail coverage
