We’re hiring an Entry Level Brand Ambassador to represent client brands in professional business environments, events and campaigns, scheduled office visits, on-site meetings, corporate campuses, and business districts across Columbus. In this role, you’ll learn how to identify decision-makers, communicate value propositions, and generate qualified leads that convert into revenue. 

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and create a positive experience
• Represent the brand in a professional and approachable way
• Learn and communicate product and service information
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Answer questions and address customer concerns
• Generate new customer interest and sales opportunities
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Keep up with current promotions, products, and services
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance

Key Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Leadership qualities or interest in professional growth preferred
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation - this is an on-site position
