Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance/Cleaning Associate to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring all areas meet company standards. The position typically involves day shifts and does not require travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of all areas including warehouse floors, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash on a daily schedule
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies
Perform basic facility maintenance such as light repairs, replacing bulbs, and minor fixes
Monitor and report any safety hazards, damages, or maintenance needs
Support organization of work areas to ensure efficiency and safety
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or buffers, if trained
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
