Joinus! The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Utilizes therapeutic communication in daily practice. Maintains a safe therapeutic environment. Identifiesnursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient. Registered Nurse plans individualized patient care whileutilizingan interdisciplinary approach. Participates in performance improvement activities. Provides care and coordinates participation that fosters the goals of the hospital’s mission and vision statement. When acting inchargenurserole, registered nursesare responsible forday-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a therapeutic environment.Make staff assignments based on patient need,acuityand the skill of the staff. Serve as role models and clinicalresourcefor the staff.Respondin a timely mannertorequests forinformation or follow-up with physician,staffor patient issues. What you will do in this role: You willmonitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions whilemaintainingaccurateand detailed records You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests toidentifyand assesspatient'scondition. You willdemonstrateknowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served. You will promotehospital customer service initiatives. You willutilizenursingprocess for individual care to meetneedsof patients. You willdemonstrateabilityto perform technical skills and procedures.
