Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations through comprehensive physical assessments and meticulous medical history reviews
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions via the interpretation of imaging studies and laboratory results

• Provide essential intraoperative assistance, which includes preparing surgical environments, ensuring appropriate patient positioning, and passing instruments effectively during procedures
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication delivery, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education

Education Requirements

• A Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a preference for surgical emphasis

Certifications Required

• Unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
