What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a large-level NICU setting for critically ill newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals
• Manage complex medical conditions in neonates with high acuity
• Rotate across three hospitals within the healthcare system, providing seamless patient care
• Support clinical protocols and procedures for neonatal stabilization and treatment
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies

What You Need

• Active NNP Board Certification (no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal intensive care units
• Strong clinical skills working with high-acuity neonates
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
