Constellation West in Washington, DC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide enterprise desktop support and lead Tier II help desk operations onsite at the Congressional Budget Office, Ford House Office Building, Washington, DC, with occasional support at facilities in Manassas, VA and Ashburn, VA. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Active Directory, endpoint management tools such as JAMF, Ivanti, KACE and Microsoft Intune, plus strong incident resolution, SOP development, #J-18808-Ljbffr
