Leading complex solution consulting engagements, the full-time Principal Solution Consultant will clarify business intent, shape outcome architecture, and provide strategic advisory in a remote capacity across North America. Key Responsibilities Lead executive-level discovery to clarify business intent, transformation constraints, and success measures Define outcome architecture, including value hypotheses, KPI models, and governance designs Coach and elevate the quality of consulting practices through structured feedback and artifact improvement Required Qualifications Proven experience in solution consulting, management consulting, or business transformation Experience designing enterprise work management solutions using Atlassian products Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level discovery and advisory workshops Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles Fluency in stage-gate governance and outcome-based advisory practices
