Integrated Master Scheduler

Integrated Master Scheduler CaC a is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and managing complex scheduling activities that align with program and project requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking key deliverables, and ensuring synchronization across cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with program requirements, production timelines, and delivery dates. Design production plans, coordinate manufacturing or operational processes, and ensure resources (materials, equipment, personnel) are available when needed. Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, logistics, and project management teams to forecast demand, and align schedules with business goals. Maintain accurate reporting systems, track progress, update schedules, and generate performance reports to identify trends and potential issues. Analyze scheduling systems, refine processes, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide reporting, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership and government stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision‑making. Qualifications Required Active TS/SCI clearance. 5+ years of relevant scheduling or project management experience with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree (additional years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement). Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and maintain schedules for complex projects in a high‑paced, mission‑critical environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), risk analysis, and scheduling methodologies. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, facilitate communication, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Desired Experience with earned value management. Experience in the defense or aerospace industry. Proficiency in scheduling software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent IMS tools. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
