Salon Manager/Hair Stylist

Position Our hair salon is cutting‑edge, fun and highly artistic. Our client base is growing rapidly, it is challenging to keep up with the demand. That’s where you fit in – you are an experienced Hair Stylist who thrives on creating beautiful styles to complement the clients’ attributes and loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service. If you are self‑motivated, energetic, positive, goal‑oriented and have a current Texas cosmetology license, we want to hear from you! Qualifications 1+ year(s) of working in a salon setting. Current Texas cosmetology license. Self‑motivated, energetic, positive, goal‑oriented. Responsibilities Create and style hair to suit individual client attributes. Interact with clients to provide exceptional service. Work full‑time schedule: 2 nights per week (closing at 7 p.m. Monday‑Friday / 6 p.m. Saturday) and mandatory Saturdays. Maintain salon cleanliness and haircutting station safety. Compensation & Benefits Up to 5% commission on service sales with bonus opportunities. Up to 20% commission on product sales. Temporary hourly rate ($12+) depending on experience. Opportunity to create your own schedule, including Sundays off. Salon operating hours: Monday‑Friday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fantastic Sams Cut & Color of Dallas
